This time Suenn wanted to dye her hair a light colour, but didn't want to bleach it. So we used Blonding Cream to lighten the colour first before applying the dye. Blonding Cream is not bleach, so it won't damage the hair too much. After lightening, the hair can still be straightened or curled as usual.
