"The Hong Kong Stretching Association" is honored to have been invited to participate in the 2026 Hockey’s Hong Kong international ice hockey event, officially joining the event's medical support team for a seven-day period. During these seven days, the team was primarily responsible for providing professional massage and stretching services to ice hockey athletes from various countries, including: ✔️ Targeted muscle relaxation techniques, ✔️ Dynamic stretching guidance and recovery therapy, ✔️ Assisting athletes in quickly relieving post-match muscle tension and fatigue, ✔️ Thereby helping them maintain optimal physical condition during high-intensity competition and perform at their highest level. Through this valuable experience, team members not only deepened their understanding of the physiological needs of ice hockey players but also fully experienced the power of teamwork—everyone worked together, supported one another, and ultimately ensured the smooth, safe, and successful completion of the entire event.
