Documenting two and a half years, three sessions of Balayage. Starting from the far right, the first visit already involved converting highlights—no easy feat. The client first came over two and a half years ago, having already undergone extensive highlighting. Each time, the results turned out decent, but the hair quality was never perfect. This caused some structural loss with every return visit for an air-touch application. Multiple proposals required not just technique, but a wealth of experience. If handled poorly, re-dyeing would be a disaster. But as long as it’s managed well, each result can be nearly the same, or even better.
