2025 This year was the most connecting I’ve ever been with myself. I fell into depression a few years ago, and for a long time I felt numb and stuck — but in 2025 things shifted. I experienced the busiest and the most fun time at once — loved, healed, I tried again. Somehow, after everything, my heart still believes in beautiful endings. Finally, I feel myself back again. Therapy helped. Pages of journaling helped. Small routines and friends who always showed up helped. Growing with my girls helped. Creative work and time in nature pulled me back into my body. Some days are still hard, but I can laugh, make plans, and finish tasks I’d been procrastinating for ages. I learn that with present. Grief and gratitude can coexist — life doesn’t ask us to choose one or the other, only to carry both gently, without shame. Lessons repeat until we learn them; i used to think bad luck or punishment. But when you stop running and begin to reflect, the cycle breaks. I’m so grateful for the voices in the community over the past years who keep fostering growth, healing, and self-awareness. Move with love and gentle intention. Because of that, we come together, and I can feel life changing — the real meaning of connection. Thank you for being you in this world, and in 2026, I am ready — with grace.
