After about a year of bleaching the roots, I cried. (Not recommended, tried my best.) The client felt that the previous bleaching had damaged their hair... So, a few months later, they only touched up the color once, and then a few more months passed, resulting in three distinct shades... They also used a color-depositing treatment, which caused pigment buildup, turning it into a faint orange-reddish tone. . . .
