Will Eyebrows Get Prettier the More You Shape Them? Occasionally, clients ask me: Will eyebrows get thinner the more you shape them? Or: Will eyebrows grow back differently after shaping? In most cases, eyebrows will actually grow back to their original state~ (But be careful not to pluck or shave your eyebrows, etc. That’s a different situation, and I’ll explain in detail later.) There are also many factors that affect eyebrow growth during certain periods, including skin condition, mood, and sleep quality (yes, it matters—I’ll also cover this in a later post). In some cases, with regular shaping, your eyebrow shape can become prettier and grow closer to the shape you desire~ The client in the example photo is a great example 🫶🏻 1 and 2 show that two years ago, even when shaped to the same thickness and length, the tail of the eyebrow still tilted slightly upward. Today, two years later, with the same thickness and length, the tail can achieve the client’s desired natural, gently curved shape~ 3 explains why this client couldn’t achieve the "natural curve" she wanted initially. Her natural hair growth pattern at the tail of her eyebrow is upward, and her eyebrows are relatively coarse. Hair growth patterns aren’t something that can be changed with just one shaping session, so forcing a flat shape would only make them thinner and shorter. 4 shows a recent before-and-after comparison. The frequently shaped tail hairs have started to grow sideways and curve downward out of habit. Of course, some hairs still maintain their natural upward growth, but there’s already significant improvement, with enough eyebrow hairs to gradually grow longer and curvier 🥹🫶🏻 Additionally, since the client started filling in her eyebrows, she requested thinning them out, making the entire brow look much softer~ Yes, eyebrows can indeed get prettier the more you shape them 🤍 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Appointment | Book online at kibstudio.com Inquiries | WhatsApp or IG dm
